  • Which payment methods are available?

    We currently ony offer PayPal at this time. Did you know that even if you don't have a PayPal account, you can still use your credit card or other means of payment through their gateway?


ORDERS & SHIPPING

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We currently ship to the UK and Ireland. In future we plan to ship to Canada and the United States.

  • Can I track my order?

    Order tracking not provided.

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    Delivery time and duration for receipt of an order is subject to estimate only and is dependent upon prevailing conditions that are sometimes beyond the control of any one entity (weather/ industrial action / pandemic etc). Under normal circumstances allow for five business days from receipt of your order by handling and processing at distributor and then five additional business days for mail delivery.


EXCHANGES & RETURNS

  • How can I exchange or return a product?

    All sales are final. There are no exchanges or refunds.

  • How do I get a copy of my invoice?

    Under the 'STORE' menu you can access 'MY ORDERS'. Click on the order and use your browser to PRINT. A copy of the invoice was also sent to the email address you provided when the order was confirmed.
